@@F750GSBMWMOTORRAD I have the same issue except mine doesn’t disappear, it’s consistently on, and the ticking matches the engine’s RPM

mybe it could be something around valves?...In my case ticking sound comes from he botom of the engine not from the top of the engine or head valves

no it still rattles like rattlesnake..but sorry ...everybody including bmw service dealer said it is normal..this engines are quite noisy and rattly and all of them sounds like that..i have also done some research and they are all noisy

how many kilometers did you travel on this bike?

@@lionelfrenchface no third party app...it works only on FH4 .....you will recive message wheel not detected...try this ...start playing with keyboard then try several time on wheel settings if you get blank wheel profile option (settings wheel....click left and right arrows near the wheel title ..you should get blank profile1, profile2...than you can manual set the weel...and you also should have original FH4 game... i had similar problems and i also i alway recive message that wheel is not recognized but somehow it worked for me...

thanks for info...i has only 1000 miles..ans rattle sound drives me crazy..i cant get use to it...but as i have done some reaserch on net a lot of 750/850 sounds like mine..

sound like a bag of spaners...bmw shouldnt sound like that....everybody tells me it is normal...

i have also noticed the same.....when engine is cold it sound ok.....as soon as engine temperature rises to working temperature it ratlles like hell..like valves will pop out of the engine....i cant get use to it...and the bike is new... @@crist96

no..it is still the same..it starts to rattle at engine temp 50°C and stops when engine is at 80°C...maybe it is waterpump but i doubt..it was changed few 1000 miles ago

yes BUT this blender with a broken gear still runs like a charm...

yes i am aware of cluch rattling when clutch is not engaged but this anoying rattle sound comes from engine head..around valves or camshaft chain...but motorbike is brand new...everybody tells me it is normal including bmw dealer..

it rattles like hell but engine is quite reliable so they say..can you please notify me how test drive will go (especialy about engine noise.) il motore fa un rumore tremendo ma è abbastanza affidabile quindi dicono... potete dirmi come andrà il test drive? well it cant harm..you can have flood in under the wipers it is a litle strange that only glove box is soaked? you should have a pool in storage box under the feet also..

i have bought cheap chinese copy of ( TOURATECH headlight guard) on aliexpress. Regarding the engine, i have bought brand new f750gs(2023), engine has plenty of power, i like the original exhaust sound, one think i dont like about engine is that they are preaty rattely.... it sound like bag of spaners or chinese sewing machine.. it sounds like valves want to came out from the engine . Everybody says that this is normal and all this engines sound like that...i was expecting more refine sound from BMW. Nevertheles engine is produced in China by LONCIN company so that is probably the case...i hope it will work many miles without problems..

yes it is preety similar and the same on both sides. i was very pleased with it..lowely bike..it worked like a charm...i liked the engine sound...this year i have upgraded on new F750GS

@@F750GSBMWMOTORRAD I have contemplated that upgrade myself. I will be interested in your impressions and experience with the 750, especially in comparison with the 650

well it is a little more powerfull, front breaks are much better (front double disk), shifting is much more smoothly, i also noticed suspension is more refine..you can realy wave the bike, ... the thing i absolutely like the most about 750 is riding position. it is much more comfortable and i ride it with much more confident. Riding position on 750 feels like you are sitting in the bike, very comfortable and upstrait position, on 650 it felt like i was siting on the top of the bike and i wasnt confident while riding twisties...On 750 everything is better except engine is preaty rattely but exhaust sound is awsome..and this is my new toy..ua-cam.com/video/jy9Yf5azcpU/v-deo.html @@seayak
